   This might be something that is very simple, but I was wondering what would be the best way to make a page which is just a list of links to all the categories?.

   I want to use a jQuery drop-down menu on the homepage to list the categories, but for users who have JS disabled, I want the drop down to become just a button, which links to this page where they can then just navigate to whichever category they are after?

   Any thoughts?

   Thanks for your explanation...?

   Don't those templates just list the posts for a particular category, rather than just a list off the categories, like a table of contents?
