Images Not Showing

I am having trouble getting my images to show when I upload them through WP.

When I click Upload I get this :

<img src=’;/wp-content/images/mustang.jpg’ alt=” />

But when I add it to an entry, nothing pulls up. Can someone help me out here? 🙂
