   Newbie here wondering what is the best (easiest) way to customize all the different color options in any particular theme. Not just background or text, but also headers, bars, individual elements. Is there a good plug-in, or website that can help? WYSIWYG style would be great.

   The display of the various page elements is controlled by CSS - which you'd need to learn how to use first.

   Thanks for the link. I am learning CSS, but I was hoping there was also a plug-in for colors.

   Every theme uses different CSS, so it would be extremely difficult to build one plugin that could customise the CSS for all of them.
