   I set up the Author Avatar on my site, but its just adds more steps for my users to post a article.

   Im using BP. So when someone writes a post it automatically enters there avatar. I would hate to ask everyone to manually enter there Avatar and make sure it links to there BP profile.

   We have no control over if there is an avatar we just load one if it is there. I have my on gavatar load it once and it gets used everywhere.

   They are going to have to load it somewhere.

   Not sure we can help with this problem.
