• Hi,
I have a serious problem with my display of pages within the page-administration in my wordpress backend.
All of a sudden, most of my pages simply disappear in the “attribute” part of the menu where the pulldown menu is located with all the other pages. I am pretty sure it has something to do with the database, because I checked all plugins and updated my wordpress installation to the newest version. Old database backups work fine, but there are so many changes since than, that I need to repair my actual database.
I just wonder where does the backend pulls the information for displaying all the possible parent sites from the database?

    Thanx in advance

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
