   Can't find the language dropdown menu.
   Admin > Settings > General
   It is not there!

   It is not there. You need to install wordpress in the specific language..

   I thought the dropdown was built-in.

   It is for wordpress.com blogs, not for self hosted blog. I am sorry, we did not mention the same... I have updated the post
