Dashboard issues

Hi, just upgraded to the latest version and moved my blog from a different directory (did a clean install and imported posts/links/media/etc.). The problem is though, everything that is “drag-and-drop” enabled does not save it’s position when I change pages/log out.

I am using a MacBook Pro with Leopard (latest updates) and Safari 4 (latest updates).

Is there something I can do in phpMyAdmin to force the dashboard to remember the positions of the modules? On a similar note, I cannot add new link categories, or delete Akismet spam with the javascript/jquery “delete” option, but can delete with a checkbox/dropdown combo.
