I'm still getting the following in my logs with 3.0.10 installed.

[09-May-2013 04:18:38 UTC] PHP Warning: include(/mnt/stor1-wc2-dfw1/454754/806353/www.xxxx.org/web/content/wp/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/inc/../sdk/Aws/Symfony/Component/ClassLoader/UniversalClassLoader.php) [<a href='function.include'>function.include</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /mnt/stor1-wc2-dfw1/454754/806353/www.xxxx.org/web/content/wp/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/inc/class-destination-s3.php on line 6

This error prevents the media browser from working when trying to add media to post content.

Check if sdk/Aws/Symfony/Component/ClassLoader/UniversalClassLoader.php exists in the backwpup plugin folder. If it does as it should, verify that the path is readable.
If that's the case and the error is still there, I'd consider reinstalling the plugin.
