301 redirects being ignored

Hi there,

Using the plugin ‘redirection’ which has worked perfectly in the past. Recently I moved some more pages however it seems they have duplicated rather than moved!

To make things weirder still, they still show despite the category they were in being deleted.

Help would be great!
