301 redirect help needed

Here’s my setup:

URL is http://myblog.daltonsazhomes.com
Working folder is http://www.daltonsazhomes.com/blog

I’m currently confusing the hell out of the search engines and I believe SERP would be smoother if everything pointed to the http://www.daltonsazhomes.com/blog – right now the engines are seeing two different url’s for my main site.

Does anyone have code for the .htaccess file (or to place elsewhere) that will redirect from the myblog.* URL to the actual folder?

Side note: the blog index can’t be called through the above folder … I need to add index.php at the end. Not sure if that’s a bug somewhere in the .htaccess or elsewhere.
