301 Redirect From Subdomain To Other Domain (3 posts)

I recently moved my blog from http://blog.myOLDdomain.com/ to http://www.myNEW-DIFFERENTdomain.com/

My question is how to properly redirect users from http://blog.myOLDdomain.com/SOME_POSTS_HERE to http://www.myNEW-DIFFERENTdomain.com/SOME_POSTS_HERE

So far, what I've seen on the forum is just to redirect the old domain to the new domain BUT redirecting EACH AND EVERY posts from my old subdomain above to my NEW DIFFERENT domain is what I am looking for.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you keep the exactly same permalink structure as you had at the old domain... I guess it is possible with some .htaccess redirect magic - provided the old domain still exist and you will have the .htaccess file there.

Googling should give you some more info - since this is NOT exactly a WP question.

Yes, the old domain (blog) is still there.
