301 Redirect From Subdomain To Other Domain

I recently moved my blog from http://blog.myOLDdomain.com/ to http://www.myNEW-DIFFERENTdomain.com/

My question is how to properly redirect users from http://blog.myOLDdomain.com/SOME_POSTS_HERE to http://www.myNEW-DIFFERENTdomain.com/SOME_POSTS_HERE

So far, what I’ve seen on the forum is just to redirect the old domain to the new domain BUT redirecting EACH AND EVERY posts from my old subdomain above to my NEW DIFFERENT domain is what I am looking for.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
