• Hi guys,

I’ve recently registered a new domain for a website I had hosted along with a previous website but my hosting plan doesn’t allow any add-on domains.

Since I didn’t want to upgrade the plan I simply used an intermediate free server which has really low disk space and used a 301 redirect on the .htaccess to point to my original hosting.

Unfortunately, and although I can acess any page by typing the new domain name + any subdirectory, the permalink structure reflects the domain under which my website is hosted.

Is there any way to change this in order to reflect the new domain, I tried changing the siteurl but then WordPress complains that the .htaccess doesn’t have the information necessary to run the blog.

Is there some way to edit the original WordPress .htaccess file so that it redirects the pages to the new domain?

    Thanks!
