Custom Template layout breaking in browser

    I quadruple checked my coding and everything is closed correctly. It worked fine before but all of a sudden the layout is breaking in Firefox, Chrome, and IE.

    The breakage in IE is not as bad as it is in Firefox and Chrome.

    In Firefox and Chrome the breakage is contained within the header only, but in IE it is in the header and the right side content.
