   When Inserting images into a post, using the image uploader, It displays an error

   "Unable to create directory /home/ruthjohnson.bc.ca/httpdocs/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/08. Is its parent directory writable by the server?"

   anyone know how to fix this,

   Hi,

   Have a check with these options:

   -> Assign 766 recursive permissions to wp-contents folder.
   -> Disable all the plugins and have a check. Enable plugin one by one to find out the culprit.
   -> Make sure that you have set the correct path for upload settings.
