Sidebar Issues

First: http://nexgadget.com – sidebar content not showing up correctly, scroll to bottom to see content.

I am having a weird issue, my sidebar content is showing up near the last post on the page, near the footer. I went to bed last night and everything was all good. The newest plugin installed was RSSPhoto and that was about 2 days ago.

I have removed every widget from the sidebar, and re-added.

I have disabled every plugin that is not necessary to the website. I have deleted and re-added a fresh version of the same theme. Then re-applied the backup after that didn’t work.

I have tested other themes and I seeem to be able to see my adsense content but the sidebar is still at the bottom of the page. This leads me to believe its something else, and I am not sure where to look. I’ve compared all of the main php files such as: index, footer, functions, and style.css.
