I'm getting the same error as a previous user. He / She fixed it by changing their permalink structure, but that hasn't worked for me. Here's the error.
Not Found
The requested URL /go/test/ was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Any help?
What permalink structure are you using? And what sort of server are you running? Is it Apache or IIS?

Right now I'm using the default permalink structure. Like I said I tried other options but it didn't make a difference.
My server error says this: Apache/1.3.41 Server at mydomain.com Port 80
Also, not sure it makes any difference but the root of my wp install is /public_html/. The way my hosting account is setup that's the default root for all domains.
GoCodes will not work if you use the ?p=xx permalinks. You need to have a custom one set up. GoCodes piggybacks off WordPress's .htaccess rules (which only exist when you set up a different permalink structure such as /2009/08/14/my-post/)
