   So I am on the Categories page, where I should be able to create a new category.
   I can't add a category so I create a new group using the Add New Group button.
   The new group is created and I want to add products to it.
   I click edit the new group and fill in the details. I leave Group Parent as 'Select Parent' as I don't want to group this with anything else.
   I go to the Products tab and go to list my first product in the new group I have just created. But while my new group is listed in the Categories and Tags box, there is no check box next to it.
   The only two options I have are the two that came with the program (3.7.1) when I installed it.
   I have looked on the maker's website and am none the wiser.
   I have been going around in circles for some time. What's the trick?
