   TinyMCE Buttons Arrangement has 4 toolbars where you can drag and drop the buttons you like.

   I noticed that the second bar is not showing up at all when i create a new post or editing a existing post.

   When I disable the TinyMCE Advanced plugin only one (toolbar number 1) toolbar is shown when create a new post or editing a existing post.

   What can be the problem?

   Try the last button on the first row :)
