I am running 2.8.6. Before upgrading I have a few questions...
In 2.8.6 I am using the Scissors plugin. I understand that a majority of those features (crop, rotate, etc.) are in the core of 3.0. However, my favorite feature is that Scissors will automatically add a watermark to my images. Is this also included in the 3.0 core?
Does 3.0 include new/easier image insert options? Sure would be nice if that was easier...
