3 column at the bottom of static page

I would like to know how to make the 3 columns at the bottom of a static page…i.e. Sitemap | hours | etc. I want to call it a footer, but may be using the wrong terminology.

I’m pretty new so if I’m confusing you, you can see an example at the following link.
