   I have Ozh Admin menu on all my Wordpress installations, and for some reason, I have one site where the Shrink Top Levels Down to Their Icons option doesn't appear. Everything else works fine. That one option just isn't on the list.

   Any idea what could be causing that?

   Never mind - figured it out.

   You have to have the first option on the list enabled - "Display original menu icons in top level" for the "shrink" option to appear.

   In case anyone else has this problem.
