Theme suggestions

Hi,

Can any regular theme browsers recommend me a theme that most closely resembles this site I’ve mocked up for someone:

Just done in basic html but the person I’m making it for now wants to go the content management system route so I’m looking for something that looks as close to this as possible with a WordPress theme.

Basic requirements:
Only 1 column (will just be page-based, not posts)
Coloured (or tailourable) background to highlight the text in the centre
Room for a picture up top
‘Rounded’ page style
Nothing too fussy because a lot of the readers will be elderly

Does any know any close to this or something that I could tailor?

I’ve browsed hundreds of themes today and I’m starting to go blind!
