[Plugin: Global Translator] Exclude some url from translation

Dear friends,

I am using Global Translator 1.2.5.1 with WordPress 2.7 , its a grate plugin which allowed to give translator option to visitors. I am having one affiliate related site on which i use redirection plugin to short the affiliate url (i.e affiliate.com to mysite.com/go/affiliate)

now this plugin works fine while translating whole page but with translating it also convert this affiliate related urls (i.e. mysite.com/go/affiliate to mysite.com/jp/go/affiliate). Is there any way so that i can exclude this directory (i.e mysite.com/go/affiliate) from translator ? As current style of translator is not helpful to me. I fear i have to stop using this plugin if problem has no solution , so if you know any way to prevent those links from translator , please share with me.
