   I have installed 2.8.3 at http://www.jthawes.com/blog on my domain and moved my content successfully from tomhawes.wordpress.com. I purchased the domain redirection option on WP.com (specifying the domain as jthawes.com). When the redirection happens, it goes to my home page rather than to the blog location on my site.

   My goal is to retain my existing home page and then allow readers to click through to the blog.

   Is there a setting that I am missing that would permit what I am after?
