    The iframe is at the bottom of index.htm. You need to delete that.

    First you need to secure your sites, Do a scan of your PC and make sure there are no Trojans/viruses capturing your ids/passwords, change ALL passwords especiallly FTP, It is likely your passwords have been compromised. If you have not done so contact your webhosting service let them know you have been hacked and what the hack is, they can probably help determine how your site was breached and help you secure it.
