WordPress 2.8.3: Custom Fields Disappear

    I have a problem while using the newest WordPress (version 2.8.3).

    I attach images to every post with ‘enclosure’:

    I started the blog yesterday. Suddenly, this morning all the enclosures were gone. From the first post untill the last post. When I try to add a custom field again, it disappears again.

    This problem does not occur with WordPress 2.7.1, so I guess the only option is to downgrade my blog?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems.
