   Hi all

   site
   version is current wordpress

   the problem I am having is when I try to up load the picture for the header on the right side as you see in the template.
   every time I try to upload it gives the error missing temporary folder

   where is this folder and how do I fix this problem???

   I do not know what temp folder you're referring to. The current image on that blog is here:
   http://dezertdezinez.com/igwt/blog/wp-content/themes/inanis_glass/images/blogphoto.png
   What you can easily do is upload a 110px x 110px replacement also named blogphoto.png to your theme's images folder like so:
   /wp-content/themes/inanis_glass/images/
