how to add link to dotdotdot

    In the functions-formatting.php file, I want to wrap […] with <?php the_title(); ?>

    $excerpt .= ($use_dotdotdot) ? ‘[…]’ : ”;

    So that it can be a live link and the user doesn’t have to go up and click on the title instead… can that be done easily, thanks.
