I like WP and know it has evolved greatly from blog status. I would like to use it to integrate if not OFFER via plugins these following things.. Please let me know if you think it can be done without too much change.
Static fron page with member sign in and links
API paypal for members
Q and A submission (searchable)
Forum or integration with vbulletin
listing page of 100 or more products with a Cart of some kind
Video database that can be streamed to the users desktop and searchable
I know this is a lot and thank you for your time.

Automattic, the owners of WP, have a forum system called bbPress. It integrates well with WordPress.
In terms of the rest of it, everything can be done by either an existing plugin or writing your own code.

Was this meant for me, it sounds sort of like it was but also not. Who is automattic?
The owner of WordPress and bbPress. bbPress will automatically integrate with your WordPress blog.
Forum or integration
The shopping cart for listing, there's a couple if you look through the plugins site @ http://www.wordpress.org/extend/plugins/

Hey, I added bbpress integration and activated the plugin but it is not showing up on my bar?
