   hi
   i m using Duffy 1.0 theme
   i want to reomove one side bar while theme is having two
   on same side (right) and want to move the side bar on left side
   can u advise me

   There are currently more than 850 themes in the WordPress Themes directory. Most people aren't intimately familiar with every one of them. A link to your site would help...
