   I tried global activation in WPMU of this plugin, and now I can't deactivate it. Even if I tell it to remove the db entries, and then remove the plugin directory completely I still see a blank entry associated with this plugin. This is the only plugin I've ever tried global activation with.

   Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove this sucker from the list?

   Sorry i don't have a WPMU installation to test it.
