Filtering NSFW content?

Hey guys, I was just curious. I tried using Category Exclusion plugin. however it’s not quite as specific as I would like it to be. I have content on my website that can be at some points NSFW. I would like it so that this content either has an age check on it, or has its own section which cannot be viewed UNLESS it is being looked for.

Currently the setup I have, for example is the main page > category (Babe of the Week) > Sub-Category (NSFW BotW)

Basically I would like it so that the NSFW BotW stays ONLY in the NSFW sub-category. I don’t even want it showing up in the main category or BotW.
