   Hi, im trying to submit a contact form, but knowing where it comes from, for example a link to a product. I have a page with 3 boxes of products, and i put a button "Contact this Product", so i want the user data with a basic contact form (SimpleModal Contact Form) and the id of product(hardcoded), for example calling /contact/AR3443

   Do you know any plugin like this?

   You could add an id (dynamically) to each product link that identifies which product page it came from. Then, assuming you are using SMCF, edit smcf_data.php to receive the id and use it to determine the product it was for.
