NAVT is tagged with "dropdown" ... but after working with it all day, I don't see anything that remotely looks like a dropdown. So my question is: Is there a way to configure NAVT so that when I roll over the top-level nav items (which are images with image rollovers), I see dropdown menus of what is in the different sections?

I've been struggling for 2 days to make this work cross-browser but ie just won't behave itself. You might have more luck...
here's a tutorial on how to do a flyout version with navt:
