changing colors of headers in the control panel

    I am using 1.5 and wanted to change the color of lets say “hello world” or the blog title and the links as in “comments (0) cani make the correction in the control panel?

    Yes and No. This is not a control panel thing. For the sake of completeness though I need to add that all templates can be edited from the control panel or locally. But there is no button to press.

    how can i change the link to go from the black HELLO WORLD to a green HELLO WORLD
