   I want to create a review site where users may add tags to a review and was wondering if I could do it with wordpress, but all the plugins I've seen for user reviews are star ratings only. Can anyone help?

   That is an interesting idea - I have not seen anything like that yet.

   I do not think it would be difficult to implement - it is just a matter of how to prevent it from being abused.
