   the plugin can't be installed via the built in plugin isntaller because the actual plugin folder is inside another folder.

   please repackage the plugin so it can be again installed via the built in plugin install routine.

   Ah! So this must explain why the plugin has disappeared from every website I've upgraded it on. *headdeask*

   yeah, happened to me quite a few times. plugin authors put their plugin into a second folder containing some screenshots and a readme, so if you isntall that via plugin installer, the plugin disappears ;-) as the plugin doesn't get picked up 2 folders deep :-(
