Designated Blog Page Not Showing posts

Here is my website I am working on:

Under ‘Reading’, I usually select a certain page for the home page and then “news” for the blog page.

I am using the Sonartech theme which has a default home page design. I don’t see in the drop down for me to select it as a static home page. I went ahead and selected ‘News’ as the blog page.

When I click on the News page, instead of pulling my posts in, it pulls my ‘home page’

How can I fix this?
