   I'd like to create a website well a layout for my website.. im using of course wordpress Version 2.8.2

   and, I'd like to have it kinda looking like this

   So, on both sides there would be a chatbox, list of categories,maybe a feature band, on the top I'd like to put some pages.

   How, could I go about doing this?
   Would like to have the widgets in there also, I guess, Or can i always embed my chatbox code into the layout cause sometimes the chatbox will get smaller when loading the page and sometimes it gets bigger it's really odd

   I take it I have to write code? also, how well are those wordpress generators?

   your questions are always so obtuse. dont you wonder why you dont get many replies?

   can you copy and paste? follow directions?

   if you want the full functionality of a theme -- thats widget ready, etc, and not just a hodgepodge of wordpress posts 'embedded into another page' -- then yes, you have to do some work.

   you have thousands of examples to look at ...

   as for generators - i couldnt tell you, Ive never used one.
