   i am newbie.. my site at http://spotbis.com hacked.. i cant login to my admin area.. how can i fixed this problem.. please help me

   You will need to ftp to your site and see what was changed...probably replaced your index file and maybe others. I doubt this came through WP, but through a vulnerability on your server.
