How to schedule a post to repeat on multiple dates?

I write blog posts about events. Frequently, these events recur multiple times throughout the year. Thus, I would like to be able to schedule the same blog post to run on multiple dates. Right now, the only way I can see to do this is cut-and-paste the text into a “new post” and schedule for the relevant date. This is tedious and requires me to manually enter tags each time.

Is there a plugin or something that will allow me to schedule one post to publish on multiple dates? Or is it possible to do this within WP itself, and I’m just missing it? It seems like it should be standard functionality.
