[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Slideshow doesn’t appear

I just installed NextGen. I have the following 2 problems:

1. The slideshow doesn’t work. I uploaded an image and put in the shortcode and absolutely nothing happens. http://islandsofla.org/wp/?page_id=1408

2. The gallery shortcode works but it puts a link for “View with Pic Lens” but nothing happens when you click the link. http://islandsofla.org/wp/?page_id=1424
