b2team not showing authors?

I’m having a weird issue with my blog at http://www.ben-johnson.org/blog/. On the site itself, the post author (which should just be “ben” for all posts) isn’t showing up. And, if I go into the b2team, I see a table with two blank lines, e-mail icons with the mailto: link pointing nowhere, etc. The database still shows my two accounts (admin and ben) with all the information in then.
Also, when I try and view my profile, it’s showing up as blank.
Any help?
