[Plugin: Viper’s Video Quicktags] WP 2.8.1, only garbled broken text links showing up

Hi, I’ve been using your plugin for a while now. I’ve recently upgraded my site and theme. Since doing so your plugin has stopped working on my site. I’ve checked the usual suspects, <?php wp_head(); ?> is in my theme correctly. If you look at the source code from my site, the plugin looks like it executes, but is outputting something incomplete or something just not right.
