   Look at http://www.divinecss.com/ they have amazing plugins and coding. My question is, what are they using for:

   * The sidebar tabs that smoothly scroll as you click different tabs

   * Smooth scrolling to the top of the page when you click "Go to Top"

   * The mouseover thumbnails on posts

   * The voting system

   I'm pretty sure their stuff is all custom, looks pretty sharp. But all of the features you mentioned probably use JQuery or AJAX, you should be able to find plugins that are similar by looking at those tags in the plugin directory.

   Specifically, check out the AJAXed Wordpress plugin.
