Trouble while uploading an SQL database in a new database : nothing is happening

I want to do a backup of my SQL database and the upload it in a new and clean database.
So I had followed carrefully the Podz’s instruction page :

The server holding my database is running under PhpMyAdmin 2.4.0
I am using Safari (and Firefox) under MacOsX 10.3.8.

My trouble is that when uploading my database, nothing is happening. I mean really nothing : no error, no congatulation or whatever. After uploading the file, the page simply refresh and show the same state.

The page stay the same after clicking GO and uploading the file.

I followed all the steps with firefow too, unsuccessfully.
I had the pleasure to talk about that to Podz himself via IRC chat, but this “feature” is new to him.

Have some ideas? Or links?
