   I have reviewed the Using Permalinks and all the information associated with it, yet I have not found a way to get permalinks to work on the page navigation at the bottom of the site.

   However, the permalinks work on individual posts and individual pages. But the navigation to look at older posts via the Next or Previous buttons is not working.

   For example: I get this with the default permalink set up -> http://itejano.com/?paged=2

   And when I switch to custom permalinks using /%postname%/ i get this ->
   http://itejano.com/page/2/

   The default works great and shows all the pages as they should display, but the second one doesn't work correctly.

   I guess my question here is this:

   How can I correct this issue, I have tried to reset my .htaccess and have read up on this issue but haven't been able to correct it.

   Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

   you should complete "category base"whit: category. Sorry my english

   "query_posts()" can cause this kind of problem. Check your template index page... Try to remove and see the result...
