Version 1.4 was released after a long time. You can now disable the cache, and suppress the link-backs to my blog. I also fixed a bug (filtering the invisible \r character which got translated as <br /> by WordPress, thereby confusing the LaTeX engine). I now consider this plugin feature-complete. If you want any other features, post it here and I will add them to my to-do list.
