   Unfortunately this plug-in does not work for us, and I have no idea how to configure it to get it to work. Can someone give me some pointers? Thanks very much. I appreciate it!

   Test the plugin first using the default theme. Sometimes the customizations in other themes prevent the plugin from appearing under the text area box.

   Hello. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I understand. What do you mean by "default theme"? How does one test the plug-in using the default theme? Thank you.

   Go to Dashboard - Appearance > Themes and choose "WordPress Default" theme. Activate Subscribe to Comments plugin and check your single post page. You should find the Subscribe to Comments right below the Submit Comments button.
