New Site by Newbie – Any Thoughts?

    Hey all,

    Just created a new site (intern at a non-profit/political advocacy group) using a paid template. I’ve never used WordPress before, and have only VERY limited CSS and PHP knowledge. The site’s not too bad IMO, but I would love some gentle constructive feedback.

    I like it. Very neat, clean, good contrast, not crippled by endless images and videos. Very professional presentation. It loads a little slow for me, but I could spend some time there with no problem. Considering the content/subject matter, and knowing that all sites need to go through an evolutionary/refinement process, I think you have hit the mark. I’m guessing that at some point you might reconsider the background for something with a little texture or depth, but overall, well done.
